Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tolomatic BCS10-SN02-SK39-LMI-KT3-MRV23XJ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tox-Pressotechnik-Sieb--Meyer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Triac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Total-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tox-Pressotechnik-Sieb--Meyer such as the 0610520KF124243B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EV200109 manufactured by Triac and we are pleased to be able to service most Triac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPK2D100S2PA by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Triconex Brand PU022U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toshiba such as WFA01500RSAA equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BC2M12 made by Tol-o-matic as well as the popular BC22774 original spares produced by Tol-o-matic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSDIS1500K by Total-Control and WFA01500RSAA spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P278588 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Totaline.
