We service and repair Techmet DataMike and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Techmet DataMike include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DataMike if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BTP15047ZZ manufactured by Thk and we are pleased to be able to service most Thk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T16L0947 by Manufacturer Tecniplast as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Thk Brand 2RSR15WZMUUCSE590LM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Teledyne such as 210750000 equipment made by Teledyne have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SMF10050 by Tecnos and 210750000 spares by Teledyne are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
