We service and repair Scimetric 802 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Scimetric 802 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 802 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sensor-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semaphore-Kingfisher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sensodec product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sensor-Technology such as the E201Torque spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CP11II manufactured by Semaphore-Kingfisher and we are pleased to be able to service most Semaphore-Kingfisher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PLC3F4200041222 by Manufacturer Sensodec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Scout Brand NBC02468 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Selcom such as 808624SLS5010100BM equipment made by Selcom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Selcom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Selcom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 935203P1 made by Sencon as well as the popular 2005050 original spares produced by Sensortronics
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLDS3A by Seiki and 808624SLS5010100BM spares by Selcom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
