Schunk Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Schunk JGP and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Schunk JGP include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the JGP if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our JGP repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew-Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seiberco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Semitool product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-Eurodrive such as the MC7B00055A34S0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSL2330260 manufactured by Seiberco and we are pleased to be able to service most Seiberco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2371301 by Manufacturer Semitool as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Selca Brand SE419Q in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Servocity such as SDA6 equipment made by Servocity have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
