We service and repair Pilz PZEX4 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Porter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Newport product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Porter such as the 1930400850 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DCXMC110 manufactured by Pmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Pmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 562FTILT by Manufacturer Newport as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Pmi Brand D25167 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pittman such as Pittman14203C790 equipment made by Pittman have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
