Pilz Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Pilz PMA and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Pilz PMA include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PMA if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PMA repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pro-face such as the GP77RTC4124VP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 55012945660 manufactured by Powerwave and we are pleased to be able to service most Powerwave systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FL00431 by Manufacturer Pitney-Bowes as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Powerohm Brand PRT7R600W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powace such as 20mm equipment made by Powace have been added to our featured items.
