Nts Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Nts RTD and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Nts RTD include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RTD if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RTD repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BL75A manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Okuma Brand MIV02021B5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Numatics such as SH10606BB1ZCSC equipment made by Numatics have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 200HXCPU65ZE by Omron and SH10606BB1ZCSC spares by Numatics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
