Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Niagara IO-16-485 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Trumpf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Turck product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Trumpf such as the 0504790002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 215A1471 manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6827017 by Manufacturer Turck as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Trumpf Brand 1807250002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tucker such as E110707B407 equipment made by Tucker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tucker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tucker" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LPNSA606S made by Trw as well as the popular 1100147 original spares produced by Troy-Xcd

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 339853 by Tru-scope and E110707B407 spares by Tucker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RS12BRB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki.
