Marposs Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Marposs T25 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Marposs T25 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the T25 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our T25 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Maxton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metso parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mersen product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Maxton such as the UC1AB44 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SMART manufactured by Metso and we are pleased to be able to service most Metso systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECFS604RP3 by Manufacturer Mersen as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Melles-Griot Brand 47860 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Metaphase such as DAL401W24 equipment made by Metaphase have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metaphase products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metaphase" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 70070201 made by Matrox as well as the popular GHP2AS22S1FAKAFA original spares produced by Marzocchi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MM8550 by Micro-Memory and DAL401W24 spares by Metaphase are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
