Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Limitorque 60-202-0202-3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magpowr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Maple product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magpowr such as the CYGNUSDIN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XB10 manufactured by Magnetrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8035385 by Manufacturer Maple as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Lord-Label Brand 40187 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Marathon such as 256THTL5776 equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marathon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marathon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCD53P made by Lth-Electronics as well as the popular 2110081055 original spares produced by Magnetek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 35002600 by Linak and 256THTL5776 spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MG41NE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnescale.
