Deif Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Deif OPM-1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Deif OPM-1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the OPM-1 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our OPM-1 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECMAC21010SS manufactured by Delta and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMAC602406100 by Manufacturer Delta-Tau as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Demag Brand NC4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Delta-Tau such as PMAC602200103 equipment made by Delta-Tau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta-Tau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta-Tau" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DBB060 made by Delta as well as the popular 16764 original spares produced by Delco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ECMACA0604RS by Delta and PMAC602200103 spares by Delta-Tau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
