Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Super SL-PPC-154P4T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Superior products, including obsoleted and phased-out Synergy parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Suruga-Seiki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Superior such as the BM101024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 902102005RevK manufactured by Synergy and we are pleased to be able to service most Synergy systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U14045KXB100 by Manufacturer Suruga-Seiki as well.

Spare units by Symcom such as 400MS400480 equipment made by Symcom have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AMI2 by Swan and 400MS400480 spares by Symcom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
