Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Star Seiki SDC075LFA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Seidel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sealmaster parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Semicaps product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Seidel such as the 12001508B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFT32T manufactured by Sealmaster and we are pleased to be able to service most Sealmaster systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MTSEMDB210 by Manufacturer Semicaps as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Seiko Brand SKP2201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Semikron such as 67801501rev0 equipment made by Semikron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Semikron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Semikron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5930Z50130010 made by Seillangengeber as well as the popular A1A4001 original spares produced by Sensodec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 13244308 by Sensotec and 67801501rev0 spares by Semikron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M10002400B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Selco.
