Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric output-240/500vdc parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mro such as the P1137A180480 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UNC4101 manufactured by Tac and we are pleased to be able to service most Tac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SCP423 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Total-Control Brand QPI31200S2PA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Scr-Controls such as P22025 equipment made by Scr-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Scr-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Scr-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QPH2D100S2P made by Total-Control as well as the popular PCI4461 original spares produced by National-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC677877T19G by Siemens and P22025 spares by Scr-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
