Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pepperl KHD2-TA2/Ex1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pinnacle products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pyromation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pinnacle such as the LT1012P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R1T185L48302CIP2591 manufactured by Pyromation and we are pleased to be able to service most Pyromation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1410414 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rosemount Brand 115100410082 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Red-Lion such as TSW1A400 equipment made by Red-Lion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Red-Lion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Red-Lion" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 99665100 by Pulsotronic-Altech and TSW1A400 spares by Red-Lion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 725SOC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Power/mation-Division.
