Our services for the Lineax 20/20 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 20/20 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Linmot parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mac-Valves product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetrol such as the V2H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 01501681 manufactured by Linmot and we are pleased to be able to service most Linmot systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 57D12111CA by Manufacturer Mac-Valves as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mag-con Brand 240C9 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Loma-Superscan such as 416112 equipment made by Loma-Superscan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Loma-Superscan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Loma-Superscan" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6219117 made by Lrukhardt as well as the popular CDE32004 original spares produced by Lti-Drives
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1370000200 by Lsis and 416112 spares by Loma-Superscan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AGV0100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lynarc.
