Lemag Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Lemag SHAFTPOWER and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Lemag SHAFTPOWER include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SHAFTPOWER if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SHAFTPOWER repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Logicube products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leviton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lmi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Logicube such as the Solitaire spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 57600DM3 manufactured by Leviton and we are pleased to be able to service most Leviton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LBS by Manufacturer Lmi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Logic-Gmbh Brand IM2200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leybold such as PR35 equipment made by Leybold have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LSLV0185S1004 by Lsis and PR35 spares by Leybold are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
