Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keyence SR-600HA, SR-H60WE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Maple-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lucas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Magpower product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Maple-Systems such as the HMI504T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TMSDO60012LDF8S2 manufactured by Lucas and we are pleased to be able to service most Lucas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TSF500 by Manufacturer Magpower as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Keyence Brand LVH32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keyence such as CADSB2 equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XA151G3BKOE by Magnetrol and CADSB2 spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LF2005S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lem.
