Hi-speed Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Hi-speed Micromate and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Hi-speed Micromate include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Micromate if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Micromate repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the DC3200CE000R200100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QHH15CAZOC manufactured by Hiwin and we are pleased to be able to service most Hiwin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STR84G by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DC300403001C3000111 by Honeywell and A20SA2208LPPL spares by Hoffman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
