Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the First Light Technology 24 channel input card parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Flender products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fisher-Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fischer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Flender such as the KAS80K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 41B1842CL7652X1A241B1841X022 manufactured by Fisher-Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher-Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 50KM2111A1XB1 by Manufacturer Fischer as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
