Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Elmwood products, including obsoleted and phased-out Datasensor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gems product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Elmwood such as the 3450RC8001565 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S60PL5C01PP manufactured by Datasensor and we are pleased to be able to service most Datasensor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 192773 by Manufacturer Gems as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Endress-Hauser Brand CUS31A4A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Denex such as 51L2000 equipment made by Denex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Denex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Denex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1372AS3335 made by Eaton as well as the popular TH148A12A1ACR1AK original spares produced by Endress-Hauser
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PLD2602A630C by Dcm and 51L2000 spares by Denex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PT420A5M6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynisco.
