Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the B & R Automation ACOPOS 1090 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Activepower products, including obsoleted and phased-out Acromag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Adac product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Activepower such as the 3012704 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 450TTC1Y1DINNCR manufactured by Acromag and we are pleased to be able to service most Acromag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5532TTL4D11657R0 by Manufacturer Adac as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40875020 by Acurex and ACU01210965 spares by Data-Acquisition-Sys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
